Whether singing classic choral literature or popular charts from our day, this tenor and bass ensemble is on a mission to spread joy through music. Male Ensemble Northwest was formed in 1982 by former local choral conductors Howard Meharg and Larry Marsh and Portland State University professor Bruce
Browne to demonstrate a high level of music-making by choral conductors from across the Pacific ‘Northwest and to promote male choral singing. As observed by an audience member, ”The enthusiasm and energy that ]you bring to a performance is infectious – standing “O” from ‘our audience.” Don’t miss it!
