Get ready to go nuts at Squirrel Fest!
Squirrel Fest is Longview, Washington’s one-of-a-kind celebration of squirrels, community, family, and fun. Inspired by Longview’s famous squirrel bridges, this annual event brings thousands of visitors together for a full day of entertainment, activities, food, vendors, and plenty of nutty surprises.
Squirrel Fest offers something for everyone, with live music, local vendors, delicious food, kids’ activities, games, crafts, entertainment, and Squirrel Bridge Tours. Families can enjoy a variety of activities while visitors of all ages discover the unique squirrel history that makes Longview so special.
In 2026, Squirrel Fest is moving to a new location at the Lower Columbia College campus and will take place on Saturday, August 22. The event is free to attend and features even more activities for kids, improved parking, and no street closures.
Presented by the Rotary Club of Longview, Squirrel Fest is more than just a festival—it’s a celebration of the community and the quirky squirrel heritage that makes Longview unique.
