Join us for a powerful night of stories, history, and community as we honor the 45th anniversary of the 1980 eruption of Mount St. Helens.
This special hybrid (in-person and virtual) event features Alysa Adams, Lead Interpretive Specialist at the Mount St. Helens Visitor Center, sharing riveting firsthand accounts from the Voices of the Mount St. Helens Community oral history project. From life at Spirit Lake to the days following the eruption, these stories bring the mountain’s past to life.
