Saturday Morning – (DAY 1)
Admission is free but you’ll need to purchase BBQ tokens to sample what the teams are cooking and you’ll need Beer tokens to wash it down.

You’ll also be given three tickets to vote for your favorite team.
10 AM
Saturday Morning – (DAY 1)
We’ve invited makers and crafters to bring their best PNW inspired goods to accompany the BBQ competition.
10:30 AM
Kalama’s own Rising Heights Dance students will kick off the entertainment on the stage on the lawn.
11 AM – 7 PM
Look for teams selling samples and full plates along the outside perimeter of competition arena.
12 PM – 7 PM
Tokens are $6 each
Be prepared to show ID when purchasing tokens and again at the beer truck. Last call for alcohol is at 6:30 pm. You can take food into the beer garden, but you cannot take alcohol out of the beer garden.

As BBQ teams begin to put their briskets on to cook, and prepare for Day 2, the rest of the vendors will shut down for the day at 6 PM. Last call for alcohol will be at 6:30 PM .
