Event: Tulip Festival in Woodland, WA Event Date: April 7, 2007 Description: We did this event for three weekends in a row. This photo was from the first weekend we went and it was normal Washington weather (liquid sunshine).Even though the weather wasn’t the greatest it was still a very popular event and the tulips were still beautiful.
